The scheduled maintenance has now been successfully completed, and a full service is operating on the Darwin SSL2 Perquisite and SSL3 Perquisite production environments.

Any batch processes (such as reports and data uploads) that were due to run during the maintenance have been or are currently being processed.

Update

As part of our ongoing improvements to the Darwin platform, on Saturday 25th April 2026 we will be performing an upgrade to our databases across Darwin SSL2 Perquisite and SSL3 Perquisite environments.

These tasks will be done between 8AM BST – 2PM BST on this day, and we do anticipate a period of downtime to live services during this window.

Please note that the Prod1 Darwin environment have been postponed to a later date to ensure the work can be carried out efficiently within the given window, causing minimal disruption. A revised date will be shared in due course.

When services are due to become unavailable, users accessing the Reward Centre will see a maintenance message. Any batch processes such as reporting and data uploads will also be temporarily paused at certain points to avoid any failures.
