Any batch processes (such as reports and data uploads) that were due to run during the maintenance have been or are currently being processed.

As part of our ongoing improvements to the Darwin platform, on Saturday 13 June 2026, we will be performing an upgrade to our databases across the Prod1 Darwin production environments.

These tasks will take place between 8:00 AM BST and 12:00 PM BST on this day, and we do anticipate a period of downtime for live services during this window.

When services are due to become unavailable, we will ensure that users accessing the Reward Centre see a maintenance message. Any batch processes, such as reporting and data uploads, will also be temporarily paused at certain points to avoid any failures.
